Product images and colour
We aim to represent products accurately. Colour, texture and scale can appear different because of lighting, photography, screen settings and normal manufacturing variation. Minor variations that do not affect normal use may not be defects.
Sizing and fit
Sizing can vary by cut, fabric and supplier. Measurements and fit notes are approximate. Review the product information before ordering and contact us if you need help selecting a size. Wearing a garment significantly too tight or loose can place unnecessary strain on fabric and seams.
Garment care
Follow the sewn-in care label. Unless the label states otherwise, wash cold with similar colours, turn printed garments inside out, use mild detergent and avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and excessive soaking. Do not iron directly over prints, embroidery or hardware. Use professional cleaning where the label requires it.
Storage
Store garments clean and completely dry, away from direct sunlight, moisture and extreme temperatures. Fold knitwear and heavy items to reduce stretching; use suitable hangers for structured garments and outerwear.
Safety
Keep plastic packaging and small components away from babies and children. Stop using any item that becomes damaged in a way that may present a safety risk.
